Information for those who are going to Russia
❗️For those arriving in Russia
According to the Decree of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Russian Federation of 18.09.2020 № 27, the persons arriving on the territory of Russia from September 24, 2020, must observe the regime of isolation at the place of residence (stay) until the results of laboratory testing for СOVID-19 by PCR method are received.
According to Decree of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Russian Federation of 21.12.2020 No. 43, persons arriving in Russia from the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, including via third countries, since December 26, 2020, must observe the regime of isolation at the place of residence (stay) for fourteen calendar days from the date of arrival.
Starting from April 1, 2021, persons traveling to the Russian Federation for medical treatment shall be allowed to cross the state border only in accordance with the lists entered into the "Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services (Functions)". Admission by documents (copies of documents) issued by a medical organization or documents (copies of documents) issued by the Ministry of Health of Russia will be discontinued.
❗️All foreign nationals entering the territory of the Russian Federation:

✅ for check-in and boarding the flight are obliged to provide a certificate of a negative result of testing for COVID-19 by PCR method with the date of testing not earlier than 72 hours (3 calendar days) before the departure of the flight;
✅ in case of failure to provide the certificate of the negative COVID-19 test result, the passenger will be denied the carriage;
✅ in case of impossibility to present a medical document in Russian and English, it is allowed to present it in the official language of the state of registration of the organization which issued the medical document, with a translation into Russian, the correctness of which is certified by a consular official of the Russian Federation;
✅ be allowed onboard the aircraft only in personal protective equipment, which they shall wear throughout the flight;
✅ fill in the questionnaire on board the aircraft in English or Russian.
Please note: Results of antibody tests and results of any other type of tests for COVID-19, except PCR tests, cannot be used to confirm the absence of COVID-19 infection for the indicated purposes.
Foreign nationals arriving in Russia for labor purposes must undergo a 14-day quarantine from the date of arrival in the Russian Federation.
Citizens of member states of the Eurasian Economic Union are allowed to enter the territory of the Russian Federation from the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, and the Kyrgyz Republic, provided they present valid identity documents that are recognized as such in the Russian Federation, as well as negative results of tests for new coronavirus infection (PCR test), displayed in the mobile application "Travel without COVID-19" as a QR code.
Registration of passengers for flights shall be carried out if the passenger's electronic device (phone, tablet) has a QR code displayed in the mobile application "Travel without COVID-19" and the personal data of the passenger corresponds to his/her identity document.
On arriving flights the passengers are checked for the QR-code; in the absence of the QR-code, the passenger may be denied entry to the territory of the Russian Federation.
In case of any deterioration of health within 14 calendar days from the date of arrival on the territory of the Russian Federation citizens shall immediately apply for medical assistance without visiting medical organizations.
For all arriving Russian and foreign citizens, the completed questionnaires are submitted within 24 hours to the territorial body of Rospotrebnadzor at the place of further travel of the arrivals.
