St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) 2021

On 2 June, the XXIV St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (hereinafter referred to as SPIEF) opens its work at the ExpoForum Convention and Exhibition Centre in St. Petersburg.  The theme of this year's forum is "Together Again. The Economy of New Reality".

More than 100 events will take place over four days in four thematic areas - tracks: the global economy, national development goals, the social agenda, and technological challenges. The sessions will be streamed online, and participants from countries where restrictions in connection with the coronavirus remain in place will have access to the discussion.
The forum will include traditional business dialogues.

In addition to the main business programme, the St. Petersburg Forum will feature events on the SCO, BRICS and ASEAN, as well as debates on the Arctic and African agenda.

June 03, 11:00-12:15 a.m. - "The Unlimited Resource Economy" track will be held. M. Mard, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Sweden to the Russian Federation, will take part in the discussion.

June 03, 17:00-18:15 - a meeting of the Arctic Economic Council, an independent international organization that promotes business development and cooperation in the Arctic.
